The Amata Residence is surrounded by a spacious garden divided into several subdivisions: green roof, common green and front gardens. A modern and very attractive element of the Amata Residence is the so-called green roof, which is implemented on the basement of the common garage and forms a sophisticated garden around the apartment buildings. The common goal of the architects and investors was to incorporate elements of sustainability and environmental protection into the development by integrating greenery into the basement roof, building walls and other structures in order to reintroduce greenery to the urban landscape.
