Amata Residence
The Amata Residence is a project of 8 apartment buildings with five to six floors. The area of the residence is divided into two sections, with two different types of apartment buildings with layouts ranging from 2+kk studios to 4+kk.

All apartments have a loggia, terrace or a front garden. Basement cubicles and garage spaces are located under the raised platform of the apartment buildings there are. In addition, there is a sufficient number of outdoor parking spaces for visitors.
Project location
The Amata Residence offers affordable and spacious living in a quiet part of Ostrava Hrabůvky. The complex of apartment buildings is its own "microworld", which is accessible by a pedestrian zone from Slezská Street. The residential project is also located near the unique Jubilee Colony from the early 20th century.

About company
The Amata residence, owned by PHP Gama s.r.o., is part of the portfolio of the experienced developer PH Rozvojová a.s.. A few years ago, this developer completed the award-winning Františkov Residence, which earned recognition in the Real Estate Project of the Year competition.

For the Amata Residence design, we team up with the experienced and creative architects from UYO architekti. Their goal was to create a generous living space that also respects the privacy of the future residents.
„For this project, we designed recessed loggias to ensure the privacy of the residents and carefully oriented the individual apartments to prevent direct views from one house into another.“
